I am so incredibly thankful for every human at this place-specifically Christian :) I moved here just days ago and found out my mom s passing. I have no-one here and had not established dog care yet. Not only were they able to take both my fur babies last minute, board, evaluate for day care. but they also provided vet services we needed as well. They really cared about Brody and Lala. The facility was so clean and they stayed in constant contact as needed. Truly a gem!!! Thank you all!
We changed vets earlier this year. We decided to go with Royal Pets. Definitely the best decision we could have made! Our dog Ray is a 12 year old male Min Pin and he is pretty healthy for a geriatric dog. We just had his teeth cleaned and he had to lose a couple teeth. His recovery is going great. He has energy and he was acting normal the same night as the procedure. He had been laced under anesthesia before elsewhere for the same procedure and was out of it all weekend. When he was younger too! I swear by Dr. Perez and I am so thankful for her care for Ray! The whole team at Royal Pets is fabulous. Please I hope you all know how thankful we are to all of you there.
Elizabeth helped me out so much . I am a first time dog owner and don’t know a single thing about dogs. She helped me out big time and gave me a lot of advice and said if I ever needed help or had a question come back in or call the place. Will definitely start to buy my dog food here from now on.
Most of the people there are amazing. Loves taking my dog to the daycare. However, I do not recommend working there. Paychecks constantly bounce and they withhold your paycheck without any notice. High rate of turnover
I have mixed feelings about Royal Pets. While the staff are kind and great to work with while there, they do not answer phone or email and have been unable to update my wellness plan for more than 8 weeks. I even have made special trips in person just for the adjustment and the computer system has consistently been down, from the onset of our use of them. I have remaining prepaid boarding visits I won’t use as my puppy returned from boarding hoarse. She remained that way for 3 days , perhaps due to incessant barking. I DO recommend their vet service and daycare, but unless you pay as you go and skip boarding I would not recommend.
Worst place ever for grooming. They intentionally and maliciously shaved our Maltese’s ears to the flesh because of one small tangle. They just gave her a full cut ($85 for a 3.5 pound dog) 8 weeks ago. This time they quoted $40 foot bathing and charged us $75 at pick up. Please do yourself and your pet a favor and avoid this groomer. Overpriced, rude and inept.
Dr. Perez is not just thorough and kind, she is brilliant! And, you can get your pet groomed or boarded and you can purchase whatever you may need - food, toys, whatever - for your baby right there at Royal Pets. Beautiful place!
I am very happy with the work that Kelly-the groomer-did when grooming Bella.
She was originally scheduled for 10:00 on saturday, but somehow the appointment was moved to 9:00 a.m. so when I showed up at 10:00 there were no available slots, I was not happy with this, but they rescheduled her later in the week on Thursday and because of the scheduling mishap, they offered a free spa package which included either a lavender or oatmeal and honey scented shampoo along with a toothbrushing which I was very happy with! I went with the oatmeal and honey scent and I loved how she smelled!
I will certainly be using Royal pets market and resort in the future!
